Elizabeth Hunter manages Red Ventures’ partnership marketing group, comprised of several marketing channels that generate leads and customers on behalf of Red Ventures’ entire portfolio of businesses. Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree from Queens College (now Queens University of Charlotte).

Why did you join Red Ventures?
I joined Red Ventures to challenge myself. It's easy to join an organization where the expectation is that your prior experience and skill set dictate your path of success. Regurgitation at its best, if you will - doing what you know will work and be successful, albeit in a new company or in a new industry. At Red Ventures, I felt the energy and experienced the collective intelligence of the team right off the bat and knew that this group of people would challenge me, push my thinking, and that I would do the exact same thing right back. In this process lie the unexpected goldmines: the opportunities, the strategies, and the tactics to achieve something monumental - something you might never otherwise discover. And this is when you - and the company - grow.

Why do you like working at Red Ventures?
The energy surrounding everything that we do - the collective drive for growth and success - is infectious.

What is the most interesting project you have worked on to date at Red Ventures?
What project WASN'T interesting? Wow - I've never before in my career been able to say that!

What part of your personal development while at Red Ventures are you most proud of?
Fostering tenacity - in myself and in others. It's invaluable.

When is the last time you laughed out loud - really laughed - here at the office?
I laughed for five minutes straight just a few hours ago - but I don't think I can put the reason in writing!
