What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
After being in a large corporation I was looking for an opportunity with a smaller up-and-coming company with lots of potential. Red Ventures fit that to a tee.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
Meeting everyone! From day one, before I was even hired, everyone was friendly. I had met all three partners, the president of security choice and the sales director by the end of my first day interviewing. The hardest part was remembering all their names!

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
The potential, both for myself and for the company. Inc. 500 had just ranked Red Ventures the 4th fastest growing company in America. They were (and still are) going places...I wanted to help them get there.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
The people. The company has grown tremendously since I was hired, but the small company feel is still there and breeds a terrific atmosphere within the building.

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures?
I went from new employee to leading the boards in sales within a few months. I was recently promoted to Trainer and am REALLY enjoying the new role.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
Today in our team meeting. The team was hassling me about losing in a friendly performance based competition to one of our agents. I tried to explain I tanked on purpose but they weren't buying it!

What did you wear to work today?
Blue jeans, long sleeved polo and birks. Gotta love it!

Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
I'm actually going to a coworker's family function this weekend. His daughter is turning one and my family and I are headed over to help celebrate the occasion.
