What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
I was looking for a more focused career with a company that would allow me the opportunity to grow and expand my knowledge. I knew from the moment that I spoke with the recruiter that I wanted to be a part of the Red Ventures Team!

What do you remember most about your interview process?
I had to give a training presentation in under 20 minutes. I was so nervous because I talk a lot and thought that I would go over my time limit. But it all worked out!

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
When I came on site to interview, the atmosphere was full of excitement, fun, and friendly people. I saw a company in growth mode. I felt that the opportunity to work for such a company would challenge me and my ability to expand and grow.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
The best part about working for Red Ventures (relating to training) is working with the newly hired sales agents. I see them transform from trainees to well developed and knowledgeable employees for the company.

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures?
Red Ventures has given me an increased level of responsibility. The continuous feedback allows me to expand my knowledge and skill sets.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
Laughing - really laughing - is a daily requirement here at Red Ventures. Today Avani and I had a really good laugh. And that's no different from yesterday, tomorrow, or any day here at Red Ventures!

What did you wear to work today?
I have on blue jeans, a brown sweater, and brown boots! I'm very comfortable.

Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
This weekend I'm taking my daughter (she's one) to a birthday party! Later on, my husband and step daughter will join us for dinner and family time at home! I love my family!
