What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
I really like the color red. Actually, the company has a great business plan mixed with a fun culture. We defintely live by the "work hard, play hard" mentality.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
I remember walking into the interview as a new college graduate, wearing my cute new business suit and immediately feeling silly when I saw everyone wearing jeans. Since then, I always chuckle when I see interviewees because I know how awkward it feels. It was a long interview but I felt like I came out of it with a great feel for the company and the employees who interviewed me. It's actually more like a mutual interview; you're interviewing the company just as much as they are interviewing you.

...seriously? People ask me this all of the time and I still don't think I can concisely say what we do. Red Ventures is... complicated because I've been here over a year and I learn more daily.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
I've had many good laughs today recalling our total domination in the kickball games last night! We have an official Red Ventures kickball team and yes, I do sign autographs.

What did you wear to work today?
My black dress I usually wear to funerals BUT I spiced it up with cool leopard shoes which make it not so gloomy.

Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
My last GREAT vacation was my honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic last April. I'm really looking forward to our vacation to Las Vegas next month for our 1 year anniversary! Time flies!
