What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
In early 2005 I was looking for a company that would offer me the business experience I needed and the creative, high-energy environment I craved. Knowing how desperately I was trying to avoid "Corporate America", my aunt and long time Ballantyne resident suggested I check out a young, entrepreneurial marketing company located in the area. I immediately attempted to do background research in order to learn more but I couldn't find anything - even the RV website at that time was vague! But I figured, "Any company that goes against the grain has to be worth checking into," so I applied.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
I was impressed by the wide range of individuals who interviewed me - I spoke with members of the graphics team, marketing/account managers and one of the partners. But I was even more attracted to the fact that each of them seemed genuinely enthusiastic about their jobs and the opportunities within the organization.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
It is a casual, flexible work environment with a lot of diverse individuals who are passionate about what they do and are self-driven to do their jobs well.

What did you wear to work today?
A white button up shirt, heels and JEANS!!!

Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
My last great vacation was a snowboarding trip to Banff, Alberta Canada in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. One of the days was very overcast at the bottom of the mountain - so much so that we literally couldn't see our hands in front of our faces while going through the clouds on the ski lift. But, when we got to the top, it was actually a gorgeous sunny day where all we could see was crystal white snow and huge puffy clouds BELOW us!
