What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
There were two things that really spoke to me. The first was the opportunity to be a part of a fun, fast-moving organization that is comprised of very talented people. The second was the ability to get my entrepreneurial fix on a daily basis.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
I must have interviewed with about ten people in one day. It felt like an interview marathon. But what I remember most was the high level of energy that smacks you in the face once you walk into the office. It was intoxicating!

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
I was taken to lunch by Kevin D. and Martin during my interview marathon. During lunch, I felt that I was talking shop with old buddies, not being interviewed. It showed me a bit of what was to come in my daily life at Red Ventures.

...BLOWING UP! There is so much going on all the time. New projects, new departments, new businesses, it's exciting to be a part of it.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
A few minutes ago when I got a picture of "The Rodney" dressed in a maid's outfit. You won't understand until you start working here.

What did you wear to work today?
Jeans and a button down shirt. No ties allowed!!!
