What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
The company's use of technology and aggressive business model.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
The time and energy spent on the process. I met with partners and key personnel from other departments. A lot of time was spent ensuring a good fit from their perspective and mine.

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
A comment made by the CEO, Ric Elias, was the closer. Nobody at Red Ventures is on a ego trip. We are here because we like our jobs and want to be here.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
The philosophy on technology. It is one of the few places I have worked where there is enthusiasm for utilizing technology to be competitive.

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures?
I have been able to expand my capabilities on Telephony, Unix, Linux servers and contribute with my Windows Server expertise.
