What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
The magnitude of intelligence and experience packed within an environment where the negative connotations typically associated with the word "work" have been stripped away.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
Ric trying to get me to go to some kind of sporting event that night - little did he realize I don't know the first darn thing about sports.

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
A former corporate coach once recommended that I consider a smaller environment to throughly enjoy myself. Red Ventures provided that exact setting, and despite our growth, we still manage not only to maintain a feeling of intimacy, but a drive for growth and success.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
After working within very stodgy corporate environments riddled with "white elephants," I found Red Ventures to be a very open environment where the idea that "nothing is sacred" has led to the formulation of truly out-of-the-box ideas and testing the norm. Combined with an environment where there is no room for ego, Red Ventures has created a haven for entrepreneurialism that most companies would only dream of having.

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures?
I believe I have been involved in just about every business in some form. Where else can you get exposure and experience to so many different business models?Definitely eliminates boredom!
