What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
The work environment and dynamic nature of the business.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
When interviewing with Dan I had to figure out a problem he came up with. I didn't have a pen so I wrote on the white board and remember Mark walking in with a calculator because he thought I was doing an algebra problem off the top of my head. It was interesting!

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
The whole interview process was so different than what I was used to and my tour of the office helped me realize that this wasn't the normal corporate stuffy office. Everyone was so happy and actually enjoyed what they were doing. Also, on my first day I think I smiled more in eight hours than I ever had at any other job.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
I have only been here 4 days but I have learned so much and I'm so interested in learning much more in the coming weeks and months. I have been greeted every day with smiling faces and a wonderful work environment that will not be hard to get used to.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
In my training with Jim this afternoon. It's so cool to actually have cool people to work for and with!

What did you wear to work today?
I have to say I was reluctant to wear jeans even though both of the people I report to do everyday. So today I wore jeans!!

Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
I'm taking my new puppy to the park and going to a cookout with friends.
