What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
The interviews were extensive and numerous but in hindsight they defined the culture of Red Ventures and in the end I knew this was the place for me.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
When I was challenged on my first day on the job! I was in search of a position where I can use my skills I worked all those years to develop as well as have challenging obstacles. On my one mile drive home I thought this place is something special - I can't wait to go back tomorrow!

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
The people! I work around some amazingly talented people and two years later I am still learning new things from them. I also love the exciting challenges I get to face every day. There's never a dull moment!

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
Not a day goes by at this company without a good laugh. Today it was something about Carowinds.

What did you wear to work today?
Jeans and sneakers. That is one of the best things about this company. Not worrying about what to wear every morning.

Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
My weekend is starting off with a DirectStar happy hour on our back patio after work Friday and I cannot wait to have some more laughter with my co-workers.
