What do you remember most about your interview process?
When Dan Feldstein asked me his famous question: "Give me 25 ways you could prove that a light is on inside a refrigerator."

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
I thrive off of the challenges I'm faced with everyday. There is never a boring day. Red Ventures employees embody a strong sense of pride in their work. Everyone's willing to collaborate on ideas. I appreciate the open environment and feel free to speak my mind.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
Strategic planning - coming up with new opportunities is like a puzzle when considering all of the factors to make it a successful reality.

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures?
I began as a marketing assistant and developed into a marketing manager. This proves Red Ventures acknowledges hard work and accomplishment, and is willing to invest in their employees. Through my development I've had the opportunity to partake in several of the different business units, which has given me experience in learning and continuing to learn about various aspects, such as implementing, maintaining, and growing marketing channels, sales, partnerships, business etiquette, technology, etc. All of these areas have helped me become better-rounded in shaping my career growth.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
Yesterday, one of my co-workers was listening to her iPod while working and started singing along to the song she was listening to without realizing everyone around her could hear. It's pretty funny when all of the sudden, out of nowhere, you hear someone singing... I couldn't help but burst out laughing!
