What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
When I interviewed here, I wasn't even in the market for a new job and had no thoughts of leaving my previous employer. My first interview with Kevin got me so pumped up and excited about the opportunities here that I couldn't sleep for days. Red Ventures works with some dominating brands and it is so much fun being a part of them.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
Sitting down with Joe and crunching through some theoretical numbers. He still owes me lunch!

What made you realize Red Ventures was the place for you?
I realized Red Ventures was the place for me after I had a two-hour working lunch with Kevin and Dan (and also met Ric for the first time). Sitting down with your future boss and getting an understanding of his thought process is worth its weight in gold. I also did thorough research on the history of the company and read all the online profiles of the Red Ventures employees. I was unable to find a reason NOT to work here.

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
I wake up every day excited about getting to work. It is that exciting here. There are no corporate politics and the team atmosphere is nothing short of amazing.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
I am not sure but it happens every day around here. It was most likely something to do with Francisco or some email floating around about Veracruz.

What did you wear to work today?
Khaki pants and a golf shirt.

Where did you go on your last great vacation -OR- What are you doing this weekend?
The wife and I took the kids to Aruba. There is nothing better than searching for sea shells with your daughter, trying to catch iguanas with your son and watching the sun set with your wife all in the same day. "WORK HARD - PLAY HARD."
