What sparked your interest in Red Ventures?
Hands down it was the people. Everyone I spoke to had a great energy, was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. You could tell they really enjoyed working at Red Ventures.

What do you remember most about your interview process?
It was one of the best interviews I've ever had! Of course we discussed my previous experience but then Darrell and I spent the remaining time just getting to know each other. After three hours, HR had to come stop the interview!

What is the best part about working at Red Ventures?
I love the culture. Red Ventures is high energy and fast paced. It is small enough that everyone knows each other and growing fast enough that there is always something new and exciting around the corner. They truly embrace the work hard, play hard philosophy.

How has your career progressed during your time at Red Ventures?
It's been amazing how quickly you can progress your career at Red Ventures. I started as a sales agent on DirectStar and then was promoted to a supervisor. Just recently, I was promoted to New Product Launch Sales Manager and I have the opportunity to work with the partners and employees to launch and manage new businesses.

When is the last time you laughed out loud at work?
The better question would be, "When do I NOT laugh out loud?" With my team, there's never a dull moment!
